Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control, safety protocols, and compliance with local regulations.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide on-site execution.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and optimize project workflows.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and documentation for internal and external reviews.
- Monitor material deliveries, inventory, and equipment usage to prevent shortages or delays.
- Implement sustainable construction practices and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Train and mentor site staff on best practices, safety procedures, and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and legal documents.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel.
