Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and optimize workflows.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents for accuracy.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and logistics to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
- Generate progress reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or other construction software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and legal documents.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel.
