Responsibility
- Prepare accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Assist in quantity takeoffs and cost estimations for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Review and verify construction plans for compliance with regulations and project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to refine designs and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor project budgets and provide cost-control recommendations to optimize spending.
- Conduct site visits to ensure alignment between drawings and on-ground execution.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drafts, revisions, and project-related data.
- Support tendering processes by preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) and bid evaluations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in drafting or quantity surveying, preferably in construction.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and cost estimation.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills for quantity takeoffs and budgeting.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
