Responsibility
- Monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive progress reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate between on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Enforce strict quality control measures and safety protocols in accordance with Indonesian and international standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with local government agencies to secure permits, approvals, and inspections as required.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and as-built drawings.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and construction crews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction administration or site engineering, preferably in Indonesia.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
