Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays, proposing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project management.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Project, or other relevant engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction standards and local regulations is a plus.
