Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, including progress updates and issue logs.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges that arise during construction.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
