Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on excavators and other heavy machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in vehicles and equipment.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Operate excavators and other machinery as needed for project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance equipment performance and longevity.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 Licence with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or Automotive Repair Technician.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various environmental conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
