Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and compliance records to stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control by verifying materials, workmanship, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to challenges arising during construction.
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Promote a culture of safety by enforcing protocols and conducting safety briefings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, project management software, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (OSHA) is a plus.
