Responsibility
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Develop and implement detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and report on any deviations to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee the allocation and efficient utilization of labor, materials, and equipment on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, adherence to design specifications, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, site diaries, and other necessary documentation.
- Manage site logistics, material procurement, and inventory to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices across all site operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in site management or construction supervision, preferably in relevant construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, engineering principles, and relevant local building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure and resolve complex site issues effectively.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
