Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end site development projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to align project goals and maintain high standards of quality.
- Manage compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety protocols for all site activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, milestones, and financial performance to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, clients, and community partners.
- Optimize site layouts and logistics to enhance efficiency and minimize operational disruptions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, tools, and methodologies for site management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site management, project coordination, or construction supervision.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, permits, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
