As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. Your expertise will drive technical solutions, mitigate risks, and foster continuous improvement in project delivery.
Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this role offers a competitive salary of RM 5,000 – RM 7,000 per month and the chance to contribute to transformative infrastructure and development projects in one of the world’s most sought-after destinations.
Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Conduct technical reviews, feasibility studies, and cost estimations for project proposals.
- Resolve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
- Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and updates to senior management.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing engineering projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
