Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil works for large-scale solar energy projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site assessments, soil investigations, and feasibility studies to determine optimal construction approaches.
- Develop and review structural drawings, calculations, and technical reports for foundations, access roads, and other civil infrastructure.
- Oversee construction activities, including contractor supervision, quality control, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to integrate civil works with solar panel installations and energy storage systems.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution; PE (Professional Engineer) certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in renewable energy (solar preferred) or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in structural design, geotechnical analysis, and construction management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, seismic design standards, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, remote, or field-based environments with occasional travel to project sites.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
