Responsibility
- Maintain and update comprehensive site documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on site activities, attendance, and operational metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and manage staff attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping records using digital tools.
- Organize and archive physical and digital records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and system access setup.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and clients to facilitate smooth site operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, office support, or site management roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience with HRIS, attendance tracking software, or document management systems is advantageous.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
