Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital and physical filing system for efficient document storage and retrieval.
- Ensure confidentiality, security, and integrity of all company records, adhering to data protection policies.
- Classify, index, and archive documents in accordance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline document workflows and improve accessibility.
- Conduct regular audits of records to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with retention policies.
- Implement best practices for records management, including version control and backup procedures.
- Assist in the digitization of paper-based records to enhance efficiency and reduce physical storage needs.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in administrative, records management, or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local compliance standards) is a plus.
