Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Assist in tax compliance by preparing and filing tax reports in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Support sales administration, including processing orders, invoicing, and tracking payments.
- Manage general administrative tasks, such as document filing, correspondence, and office supply management.
- Provide secretarial support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating internal communications.
- Liaise with external parties, such as vendors, clients, and government agencies, to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking to support financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
