Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of site acquisition specialists to identify, evaluate, and secure optimal telecommunication site locations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for site acquisition, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate lease agreements, permits, and contracts with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with network engineers, legal teams, and project managers to ensure smooth and timely site deployments.
- Conduct site feasibility studies, including zoning, environmental, and technical assessments.
- Monitor and report on team performance, site acquisition metrics, and project timelines.
- Resolve conflicts and challenges related to site acquisition, ensuring minimal disruptions to project delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in telecommunication site acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or telecommunications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and securing site locations for telecommunication projects.
- Strong understanding of local regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Jira).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a plus.
