Responsibility
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives from scoping to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI.
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for automation or optimization.
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, using clear visualizations and reports.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to design and implement scalable solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, or custom workflows).
- Mentor junior analysts and business teams on best practices in requirements gathering, UAT, and change management.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics for projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., AI, RPA, digital transformation) and assess their applicability to client needs.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on strategic projects or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end project lifecycles (Agile/Waterfall) in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Expertise in process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) and requirements management (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and resolve conflicts.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Six Sigma are a plus.
- Experience in financial services, tech, or consulting industries is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a bonus.
