Responsibility
- Lead site acquisition efforts in Bali, identifying and securing optimal locations for business expansion.
- Conduct thorough site surveys, assessing feasibility, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.
- Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with landowners, developers, and local authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government officials and community leaders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure acquired sites meet technical and operational requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on site evaluations, risks, and recommendations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure all acquisitions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, site acquisition, or related fields.
- Proven track record in negotiating and securing sites for commercial or retail purposes.
- Strong understanding of site survey processes and feasibility assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations and zoning laws in Bali is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
