Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential retail locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and other key areas.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine the viability of new store locations.
- Negotiate lease agreements and terms with property owners and landlords.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align site acquisition strategies with business goals.
- Prepare and present reports on site evaluations, market trends, and acquisition progress.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning laws for retail establishments.
- Build and maintain relationships with property developers, brokers, and local authorities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in site selection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or retail expansion.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with local regulations and zoning laws in Bali.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
