Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting the showroom, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, features, and benefits to effectively guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom display to enhance product presentation and customer appeal.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-ups, personalized recommendations, and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Process transactions accurately, including payments, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, luxury goods, or customer service (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a commission-based environment.
- Passion for fashion, design, or high-end products with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate showroom operating schedules.
- Proficiency in POS systems, CRM software, and basic computer applications.
