Responsibility
- Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure a seamless and welcoming environment for visitors.
- Coordinate and manage customer appointments, trial sessions, and follow-ups to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align showroom activities with brand campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain showroom inventory, including product displays, promotional materials, and operational supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Monitor and report on showroom performance metrics, including foot traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events, workshops, or wellness sessions within the showroom.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in wellness or luxury retail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM or appointment scheduling tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience in inventory management, event coordination, or sales support is highly desirable.
