Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of retail associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer loyalty, and achieve store targets.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment that aligns with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage.
