Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and location within the store.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Restock store shelves, displays, and refrigerators, ensuring products are neatly arranged and labeled.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report stock discrepancies to the store supervisor.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas.
- Promote ongoing store promotions and loyalty programs to increase customer engagement.
- Ensure the security of store merchandise and adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and disciplined in following store procedures.
- Basic command of Malay and English for effective customer communication.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift light to medium-weight goods.
