Responsibility

  • Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with their inquiries.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process payments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves and arranging merchandise.
  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks to ensure the store environment is neat and organized.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and expiry date management to ensure quality.
  • Assist in promotional setups and price tag updates as directed by the store supervisor.
  • Maintain awareness of store security and report any safety hazards immediately.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or other local languages.
  • Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • Energetic, proactive, and a good team player.
  • Possess a friendly personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Must be able to commit to the part-time shift requirements.
