As a key member of our store team, you will be the face of KK SUPER MART, ensuring our shelves are stocked, transactions are processed efficiently, and our store remains a clean and welcoming space for the local community. Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with their inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves and arranging merchandise.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks to ensure the store environment is neat and organized.
- Conduct regular stock checks and expiry date management to ensure quality.
- Assist in promotional setups and price tag updates as directed by the store supervisor.
- Maintain awareness of store security and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or other local languages.
- Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Energetic, proactive, and a good team player.
- Possess a friendly personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to commit to the part-time shift requirements.
