As a Shop Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining the high standards of our store. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, possess a positive attitude, and are willing to support the daily operations of our busy convenience store.
Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure products are properly displayed and priced.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store premises at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in identifying low-stock items for replenishment.
- Support the store manager with daily administrative tasks and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards within the retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude and a strong desire to provide great customer service.
- Physically fit to handle store operations and merchandising tasks.
- Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly self-motivated.
