Responsibility

  • Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and properly priced at all times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store premises, including aisles, entrance, and storage areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock counts and replenishment tasks.
  • Manage basic administrative tasks such as handling cash floats and daily sales reports.
  • Adhere strictly to store safety and security policies to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is an added advantage but not required.
  • Possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and performing basic physical tasks related to stock handling.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English or other local dialects is a plus.
