Responsibility

  • Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with inquiries.
  • Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
  • Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are neatly arranged according to planograms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and audits.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure safety standards are met at all times.
  • Handle cash and digital payment methods with high integrity.
  • Assist in promoting store campaigns and seasonal product displays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Possess a friendly and helpful customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in spoken Malay and English.
  • Physically fit to handle light stocking duties and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
  • Previous retail or cashiering experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
