Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with inquiries.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are neatly arranged according to planograms.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and audits.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Handle cash and digital payment methods with high integrity.
- Assist in promoting store campaigns and seasonal product displays.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly and helpful customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in spoken Malay and English.
- Physically fit to handle light stocking duties and stand for extended periods.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Previous retail or cashiering experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
