Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate handling of cash, credit cards, and e-wallet transactions.
- Restock store shelves promptly to ensure product availability and optimal presentation.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Perform daily stock checks and inventory counts to support efficient store operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional attitude.
- Follow all company safety, security, and operational guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Possess at least an SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates and students looking for part-time work are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Good communication skills in Malay and/or English.
