Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and product display.
- Perform accurate cashiering duties using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and rotation.
- Ensure all promotional materials and price tags are correctly displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a positive attitude.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Open to all candidates; minimum SPM qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work on a flexible part-time basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a friendly, approachable, and positive personality.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in English is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
