Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Perform daily stock replenishment and organize merchandise on shelves.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store premises.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
- Handle product labels and price tags to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the receiving of new inventory deliveries.
- Adhere to all company safety and security policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and retail operations is an advantage.
- Able to converse effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Prior experience in a retail or F&B environment is highly preferred but not required.
