Responsibility

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Perform daily stock replenishment and organize merchandise on shelves.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store premises.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
  • Handle product labels and price tags to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in the receiving of new inventory deliveries.
  • Adhere to all company safety and security policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Possess a friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and retail operations is an advantage.
  • Able to converse effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Prior experience in a retail or F&B environment is highly preferred but not required.
