Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with their purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process payments and handle various transactions.
- Restock store shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed and properly priced.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and deliveries.
- Promote ongoing store promotions and membership programs to drive sales.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and security procedures to protect company assets and customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly disciplined in following store operational protocols.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or local dialects.
- Previous retail or cashier experience is an advantage but not required (training provided).
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle store merchandise.
