Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in finding products throughout the store.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash handling and e-wallet payments accurately.
- Ensure store cleanliness, product organization, and attractive merchandise displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves during peak and off-peak hours.
- Perform daily stock checks and assist with inventory management activities.
- Uphold store safety and security policies at all times.
- Handle general customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly, energetic, and customer-centric personality.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Highly responsible, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is a definite advantage.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
