Responsibility

  • Greet and assist customers in finding products throughout the store.
  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash handling and e-wallet payments accurately.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, product organization, and attractive merchandise displays.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Perform daily stock checks and assist with inventory management activities.
  • Uphold store safety and security policies at all times.
  • Handle general customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Possess a friendly, energetic, and customer-centric personality.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Highly responsible, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is a definite advantage.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
