Responsibility
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to every visitor.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish products on shelves to maintain a full and organized appearance.
- Ensure the store environment, including aisles and counters, remains clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming deliveries from suppliers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Follow all company safety and security protocols during shifts.
- Support promotional activities by informing customers about current deals and offers.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for cash handling.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle light lifting of merchandise.
- Basic proficiency in English is an advantage for assisting international customers in Bali.
