Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in finding products throughout the store.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report low-stock items to management.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all retail areas.
- Assist in the unloading of incoming shipments and organize backroom storage.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
