Responsibility

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process cash and cashless transactions.
  • Perform daily inventory stocking and ensure all products are neatly arranged and labeled.
  • Monitor product expiry dates and manage stock rotation to ensure freshness.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the store premises at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints effectively.
  • Support store management in security awareness and loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with previous retail/convenience store experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
  • Highly responsible, punctual, and possess a positive service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to stocking.
  • Basic knowledge of computer/POS systems is an advantage.
