Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process cash and cashless transactions.
- Perform daily inventory stocking and ensure all products are neatly arranged and labeled.
- Monitor product expiry dates and manage stock rotation to ensure freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the store premises at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints effectively.
- Support store management in security awareness and loss prevention practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with previous retail/convenience store experience are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Highly responsible, punctual, and possess a positive service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to stocking.
- Basic knowledge of computer/POS systems is an advantage.
