Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with their inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions.
- Restock merchandise regularly and ensure shelves are neatly organized and displayed.
- Perform inventory checks and monitor stock levels to minimize wastage.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall safety at all times.
- Monitor for security and prevent shrinkage or loss of store assets.
- Assist in the receiving of new stock and performing basic administrative reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude towards customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of arithmetic for cash handling and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as standing for long periods and stocking shelves.
