Responsibility

  • Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with their inquiries.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions.
  • Restock merchandise regularly and ensure shelves are neatly organized and displayed.
  • Perform inventory checks and monitor stock levels to minimize wastage.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall safety at all times.
  • Monitor for security and prevent shrinkage or loss of store assets.
  • Assist in the receiving of new stock and performing basic administrative reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude towards customers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic knowledge of arithmetic for cash handling and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication skills in Malay and/or English.
  • Physically fit to perform tasks such as standing for long periods and stocking shelves.
