Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Perform inventory management, including restocking shelves, checking expiry dates, and monitoring stock levels.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is organized according to company standards.
- Handle cash and non-cash transactions, including e-wallets, with high integrity.
- Assist in promotional activities and store displays to drive sales.
- Support the store manager in daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Possess a positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handling cash.
