Responsibility

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Perform inventory management, including restocking shelves, checking expiry dates, and monitoring stock levels.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is organized according to company standards.
  • Handle cash and non-cash transactions, including e-wallets, with high integrity.
  • Assist in promotional activities and store displays to drive sales.
  • Support the store manager in daily operational tasks and administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Possess a positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills in Malay and/or English.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Must be punctual, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with handling cash.
