Responsibility
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to all shoppers.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish stocks regularly to ensure product availability on shelves.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation standards.
- Perform daily stock taking and inventory management tasks.
- Assist in the promotion of store campaigns and new product launches.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety and operational policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a positive attitude, high energy, and excellent communication skills.
- Able to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-disciplined, honest, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of computer or POS systems is preferred.
- Physically fit to handle stocking tasks and stand for extended periods.
