Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash handling and electronic payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards throughout the shift.
- Replenish stock levels on shelves and ensure all products are properly priced and labeled.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the store manager.
- Ensure compliance with all store safety and operational protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with patience and diplomacy.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Must be willing to work on a shift rotation basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude, high level of integrity, and strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods.
