Responsibility

  • Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchase needs professionally.
  • Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash handling.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and replenish inventory shelves promptly.
  • Receive incoming shipments and ensure items are stored correctly in the stockroom.
  • Monitor product expiry dates to ensure freshness and quality compliance.
  • Assist in promotional activities and ensure store displays are updated as per company guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is a distinct advantage.
  • Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess a friendly, proactive, and positive attitude toward teamwork.
  • Good communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to stock management.
