Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchase needs professionally.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash handling.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Conduct regular stock checks and replenish inventory shelves promptly.
- Receive incoming shipments and ensure items are stored correctly in the stockroom.
- Monitor product expiry dates to ensure freshness and quality compliance.
- Assist in promotional activities and ensure store displays are updated as per company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is a distinct advantage.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a friendly, proactive, and positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to stock management.
