Responsibility
- Provide daily operational support to engineers to ensure the safety and efficiency of the plant.
- Perform routine sampling and testing of materials and products to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular patrolling and monitoring of equipment to identify and address potential issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machinery and systems.
- Document and report any anomalies or incidents to the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize plant operations and improve efficiency.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
- Familiarity with process control systems and equipment is a plus.
