Responsibility
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to meet delivery and storage targets.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance and skill development.
- Prepare and submit shift reports on productivity, incidents, and improvements.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
