Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities during assigned shifts to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all maintenance and repair activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and recommend preventive measures.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and provide technical support to the maintenance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergencies as needed.
