Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the F&B team during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
- Monitor daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer flow.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold brand standards and service excellence.
- Assist in opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and end-of-shift reporting.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and operational improvements.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the F&B industry.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong knowledge of coffee, beverage preparation, and food service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is an advantage.
