Responsibility
- Promote and sell Sharia-compliant gold products to customers in Bali, ensuring compliance with Islamic financial principles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on gold investments and Sharia-compliant financial products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the gold and Sharia finance sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute localized sales campaigns in Bali.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, Sharia finance principles, and gold market trends to provide accurate and reliable information to customers.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics, customer feedback, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the gold, jewelry, or financial products industry.
- Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financial products and Islamic finance principles is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s local market and customer preferences is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
