Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new customers for Sharia-compliant Hajj financing products through targeted outreach, networking, and digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and tailor financing solutions that align with Islamic principles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the application and approval process for Hajj financing.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits and compliance of Sharia-based financial products.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in Islamic finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or Islamic Economics (or related fields).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition, preferably in financial services or Islamic banking.
- Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financial principles and Hajj financing products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clientele.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional local languages are advantageous.
