Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on oil and gas equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Proactively identify potential equipment failures and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate service records, logs, and reports in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients and junior technicians.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ensure all work is performed in accordance with NOV’s safety guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the oil and gas, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Certification in relevant technical fields (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
