Responsibility
- Perform hands-on PCBA inspection, testing, and troubleshooting using advanced diagnostic tools and automated equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, including component-level defects, soldering issues, and signal integrity problems.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of hardware-related issues.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to improve inspection processes, reduce defects, and enhance product reliability.
- Document technical findings, create failure analysis reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Train junior technicians and support staff on PCBA inspection techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methodologies and inspection standards.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment, test fixtures, and lab tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in PCBA inspection, hardware troubleshooting, or technical support roles.
- Proficiency with PCBA inspection tools (e.g., AOI, X-ray, ICT, flying probe testers) and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, circuit design, and signal integrity principles.
- Hands-on experience with soldering, rework, and repair of electronic assemblies.
- Familiarity with failure analysis techniques (e.g., root cause analysis, fishbone diagrams, 8D problem-solving).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) for technical documentation and customer interactions.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for on-site support as needed.
