Responsibility

  • Greet and assist customers professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of the service center.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to optimize service workflow.
  • Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to track vehicle progress and provide accurate updates to customers.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, service requests, and transaction details.
  • Process payments, invoices, and warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist in promoting service packages, maintenance plans, and loyalty programs to customers.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary materials.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles, preferably in the automotive or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage high-volume customer interactions.
