Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth academy functioning
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and faculty via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate student enrollments, registrations, and scheduling for music lessons and programs
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation using our academy management system
- Assist with marketing initiatives to promote academy programs and special events
- Handle student inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure optimal student experience and retention
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on operational metrics and student engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Proven track record in a fast-paced educational or service-oriented environment
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM or student management systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
- Passion for music and education (formal music training is a bonus)
